Personal Data. We only collect your personal information when you book a session.
Data Collection. When you book a call, we collect your first and last name and your email address for booking purposes.
Third-Party Services. We use Setmore as a third-party service for booking calls, which is GDPR compliant. You can request the deletion of your information by contacting the Coach. We also use Teleport as our virtual conferencing tool, and if you prefer Zoom, please mention it during the booking process.
Data Usage. We will only use the email you provide during the booking process to contact you regarding the scheduled call. Your information will not be used for any other purposes.
Data Protection Rights. You have the right to rectify any incorrect information in your account or request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
Confidentiality. Any personal or business information provided by you during the booking or session will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior permission, except where required by law. Sessions will not be recorded.
Cancellation and Rescheduling. You can cancel or reschedule a call by following the instructions provided in the confirmation email. In exceptional circumstances, we may need to reschedule a session and will reach out to provide an alternative appointment. If you do not show up for the call within five minutes of the scheduled time, it will be treated as a 'no-show' according to our cancellation policy.
